The software can detect any Brother printer connected to the computer or local network. For PDF - Place a check next to Searchable PDF, choose the OCR Language, and then click OK.The app works with various Brother devices, including Brother Color Laser LED FAX/MFC series, Color Laser LED Printer series, Inkjet FAX/MFC series, Mono Laser FAX/MFC series, Mono Laser Printer series, and Scanner series. For Text or RTF - Choose the OCR Language and click OK. Click Settings and make one of the following selections. Choose one of the following file types : Text, RTF, or PDF. You can use to change the display size of the scanned thumbnails.ĩ. (Windows Users Only) If you want to rotate a document, hover your mouse over the scan's thumbnail and use the rotate arrows that appear. Click Add Pages, if you want to scan additional pages, and follow the instructions. Once the scan is complete, the results will appear. Configure the desired scan settings. Click All Settings for additional settings.ħ. You may click Select your Machine to search again.ĥ. If your machine is not automatically found, make sure that it is turned on and connected either to the computer or network (depending on your machine's specifications).
Macintosh Users: Browse to Go → Applications → Brother iPrint&Scan.Ģ. The program will search for your machine. Windows Users: Double-click on (Brother iPrint&Scan).
